Wolfpack is Bowl Bound
After receiving a Bowl invitation from the Far West Football Alliance, the Wolfpack have begun practices on Sundays early this off-season in efforts to gear up for the Sporting News Southwest Championship. This is the second invitation to a bowl game in 3 years for the Pack. The Game is scheduled for Saturday November 17th at 4 pm. The Pack will face the Cobras of West Las Vegas. This past Sunday was the first practice, and proved very successful for being so early in the off-season. "We expect that practices will grow in numbers every week." Said HC Boughter, "We have our linemen coming out next week to join the skill players, which started this week". The team held individual workouts then went into 7-on-7, which turned out to be encouraging event for coaches with both sides competing at a high level. Then at the end of practice players were asking for more reps to work on the their team defensive and Offensive chemistry. Even at this early stage of the season there seems to be a certain drive in the players to take the next step. Running Back Aaron Brack, a 3 year veteran of the team stated "I have not been a part of a team with this much talent since my college days. "I really feel good about what we are doing here." The Wolfpack is returning every key starter from the previous year and has added a number of players to fill the positions of concern from previous years. You would really have to look hard to see a weakness in this talented young team. The only question now is are the coaches up to the task of finding the chemistry with the veteran players and the new additions. We will find out on November 17th...Stay Tuned

Welcome to the new home of the New Mexico Wolfpack. We are an adult full-contact football team. We are in our third year and are looking foward to another successful season. We look to improve on last season when we went to the Rio Grande Division championship. With the additions we have already made to our staff and roster we feel confident about this season and be a championship contender again.
