DEDICATION, DESIRE, DETERMINATION
Welcome to the New Providence Junior Bulldogs PAL Wrestling Website. Our program is designed for 1st through 8th grade wrestlers. This is an instructional and competitive program where basic wrestling skills are taught and practiced in a supervised setting under the guidance of experienced coaches. We seek out competitive opportunities for the children based upon each child's individual skill level.
Our goal is to help our wrestlers develop confidence, self-reliance, discipline, and respect, while stressing the importance of good sportsmanship and teamwork. Coaches of other sports will tell you that wrestling is great training for their sports as well as it teaches perserverance, develops agility and full body strength and builds character, traits that are necessary to succeed in any sport.
Wrestlers join our program to have fun. Our coaching staff recognizes that these are young children and encourages each wrestler to have fun. Enjoying a sport is the first step towards success.

Practice Schedule
Middle School practice started this week, Nov. 1. Practice will be Monday through Friday at 3pm.
Practice for 6th grade and under starts Monday, Nov. 8 and is as follows:
1st grade and under: Monday 6pm to 7pm; Wednesday 6pm to 7pm
2nd to 4th grade: Monday 7pm to 8:30pm; Thursday 6pm to 7:45pm
5th and 6th grade: Tuesday 6pm to 7:45pm; Wednesday 7pm to 8:45pm
REGISTRATION OPEN
Registration is open starting Saturday, October 16, 2010 for all wrestlers in grades 8th and under. All registration this year will be done via Community Pass, so follow the link below to register. There will be no registering by hand this year. Please register by October 31, 2010 to ensure timely ordering of uniforms, etc.
