HI ALL!!

Due to the high amount of water we've been getting, the Spartan Night had to be scrapped---there was no solidified day they could give us for when they would be playing and on what field.

 

SO! We decided to change our event to the Santa Clara Universtiy Softball team! 

 

Event will be held 4/13/17 at 5:00pm

Tickets will be $4 per person (kids 2 and under are free)

The first 20 girls to sign up will be able to go on the field prior to the game!

Now that the season is getting underway, let's talk SNACK SHACK!!

 

Important points:

  • Each team will be responsible for 3-4 shifts during the season  
  • Each shift is only 2 hours long
  • Each team must supply 3-4 volunteers for their time slot
  • You may NOT buy out of this responsibility
  • If your team does not have enough volunteers for Snack Shack on your appointed day, your team will have to forfeit that day's game (or next week's game, depending on when games are played)
  • Volunteers must be AT LEAST 14 years old to work in the Snack Shack
  • Those who handle money must be AT LEAST 21 years of age
  • Shifts will not be scheduled during your teams playing time - if you find that it is, please email us
  • It is up to each team to find volunteers for their spots. Team Managers are encouraged to spearhead this effort
