It's that time to get your softball gear out and play some ball with the City of Oakland!
We will have two Manager's Meetings.
Thursday February 6 & 27, at 6:30PM at the Garden Center (666 Bellevue, Oakland) at Lake Merritt across from Fairyland.
League fees of $700 will be due no later then February 27, at the Manager's Meeting.
The League will start the week of March 17, 2014.
The meeting on February 6 will be for new teams and new players.
The meeting on February 27 will be for all teams to register and pay their team fees.
During these meetings we will go over the league rules and answer any questions.
Leagues will have six to eight teams. The season will be composed of a eight to ten game format, with league ending single game elimination tournament. The tournament CHAMPIONS will receive fifteen T-shirts.
Fees are for officials, scorekeepers, and awards.
Players should be forwarned that the City of Oakland does not insure participants in the Adult programs. Teams are urged to make provisions for coverage or see that players are covered individually. All players must sign a waiver form.
