IMPACT Softball Organization began with a 12U team in 2008. Since that time, we have grown to include 16u, 14u, 12u, and 10u. The girls in our organization come from mostly the Muskingum Valley area (Muskingum, Perry, Licking, Noble, Morgan, and Guernsey counties) in South Eastern/ Central Ohio. Our teams compete at a high level against some of the best teams in Ohio and surrounding states. IMPACT Softball Organization has experienced a fair amount of success in 3 full seasons, winning 8 tournament Championships and finishing runner-up 7 times through 2011. IMPACT teams are selected through tryouts held in August each year.
Our Goals:
To improve the quality of Softball played in the Muskingum Valley region.
To improve individual player skills through top notch coaching and teamwork in an ultra competitive environment.
To give players the opportunity for exposure to a wide variety of college programs.
To form life-long bonds between players, coaches, parents, and the community.
What we expect:
We expect IMPACT players to be committed to the sport of softball, practice sportsmanship, have a strong work ethic during practice and in the off season, and maintain a winning attitude. Teamwork is the key to success.
