Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Youth Organization is a Catholic Church Ministry through Sports.
We are sponsored by Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and we are open to all Lindenhurst residents and to residents of adjoining towns where no C.Y.O. program exists.
We have programs in BASKETBALL, CHEERLEADING, TRACK AND VOLLEYBALL

NO FURTHER REGISTRATIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED.

ALL 4TH -12TH GRADE COACHES SHOULD HAVE MADE CONTACT WITH ALL OF THE PLAYERS AT THIS POINT.
1ST-3RD GRADE COACHES SHOULD CONTACT THEIR PLAYERS A.S.A.P.
ALL COACH AND ASSISTANT COACHES MUST SUBMIT A VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM, ATTEND ONE OF OUR COACHES MEETINGS, AND ATTEND A VIRTUS CLASS PRIOR TO BEING PERMITTED TO COACH.
