2009-2010 Registration Form
OLV will continue to host a CYO Basketball Program for the 2009-10 season. All boys and girls in Grades 1-8 are welcome to register. Registration will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 6:30 pm in the Parish Center. Registration forms are available in the Gathering Area or by clicking the link.
