The Portland Monarchs repeat as both the OFL & GNFA Champ's.. Monarchs defeated the Washington Football League Champions Wenatchee Rams 33-21.
Monarchs will move on to the National Playoffs vs the Islanders from the Northern California Football League in Las Vegas on August 8th, game time is 4:15 pm.
