UMPIRES NEEDED

Umpires should have experience, but do not need to be PIAA certified.

Umpires are paid $30 for each game

Coaches are needed for the 8U and 9-10 year old teams.

Registrations for the 2018 season will be Tuesday February 13th and Thursday February 22nd  from 6:15 to 8:00PM in the Blue Mountain Elementary East Cafeteria.  Registration forms can be found on http://www.leaguelineup.com/orwigsburgll by clicking the menu (at the top left hand side of the page on your mobile device or the top middle of the page on your computer), then the forms drop down menu and the handouts link. There you can print out all of the information you will need to fill out and bring to sign-ups.  Each player must bring a copy of their birth certificate and provide 3 proofs of residency.  Parents looking to become managers for the 2018 season should fill out the volunteer form in full and notify a board member at sign ups.

***Also please note***for the safety of the children if you are volunteering in any way background checks and clearances are required.  This also includes providing your social security number.  We apologize for any inconvenience but it is a mandatory requirement. No exceptions.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Volunteer Clearance: All volunteers will need to submit the following clearance.  Please bring copies of the clearance to registrations or to your first practice.  All those planning to help coach in any capacity will need to have these clearances.

In addition there is a Criminal Background check through the Dept. of Human Services but this is only needed if you have not lived in PA for the last 10 years.
