Cameron won the 100 and Long Jump

4x100 and 4x400 placed 2^nd

Only the top 2 at regionals qualify for State

Also placing in the regional track meet were,

Justin Gerbrecht 5^th in the 110

Matt Rubal 4^th in the Triple Jump

4x200 of Blake Wesley, Mark Roman, Deante Ford and Alex Guidry finished 6^th

Placing for the Girls was

Taylor Price 3^rd in 3200 and 6^th in the 1600.

Truly the Home of Scholars and Champions, the following members of the varsity squad made the FBISD Academic All-District Team! Any FBISD student athlete who maintains a 90 average in all classes combined, during the first nine week grading period of their season, is named to the Academic All District Team. Campus Athletic Coordinators and Team Coaches are working to support the classroom by promoting the Academic All District Team to their student athletes.

The Girls Track team had a great showing at the Area Meet on Friday,

April 19.  With the top 4 qualifying for Regionals, we have the

following Panthers heading to Sam Houston State University to

compete this Friday, April 26!  WAY TO GO LADIES!!

India Ware:  3rd in Triple Jump

TraNisha Dukes:  3rd in Shot Put

Taylor Price:  2nd in 3200 m; 1st in One Mile

Breanna Sullivan:  3rd in 800 m

Elanah Wafer:  2nd in 300 m Hurdles

Elanah Wafer, Lauren Vereen, Kirsten Ball, India Ware:  3rd in 4 x 200 m Relay
