Rangers Pee Wees Capture
2009 Treasure Coast
Conference Championship!

Congratulations on a Great Season to all of our football and cheer teams! With our 2009 season completed, we are proud of the efforts of all of our boys and girls who turned in outstanding performances. Our Tiny Mite and Mitey Mite teams performed at a very high level all season long while 3 of our 4 playoff eligible teams qualified for the post season with our Pee Wee division winning the Treasure Coast Conference Championship. Our Cheerleaders were outstanding at this year's competition laying a strong foundation for 2010!

We would like to thank all of the Football Players, Cheerleaders, Board Members, Coaches, Volunteers, Sponsors, Parents and Relatives who all helped contribute to a very successful 2009 Parkland Rangers Season. We look forward to seeing you all back in 2010.

Please be sure to check our website often for off-season events and for early registration updates for the 2010 season. As you could see from this year, most of our teams were very full; therefore, we fully expect to have a multiple teams at several divisions in 2010 so signing up early gives you the best chance of playing with your 2009 teammates.

Why We Play for the Parkland Rangers
What sets the Parkland Rangers apart from other local tackle football organizations is our ALL PLAY rules. What this does is to insure that all players of all sizes, strengths and abilities are equally coached. With every child playing a significant role in the outcome of a game, coaches see the need to work with all players so when they are in the game, the team remains competitive. For the player, this means higher self esteem, improved ability, added responsibility, increased toughness and a true feeling the he is part of the team. The following link is an article recently published online about a local league who does not institute the all play rule. The Lost Season.

Welcome to ParklandRangers.com It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to the Parkland Rangers Youth Tackle Football and Cheer Program. The club is comprised of up to 6 Football Team Levels and up to 6 Cheerleading Squads. All practices are held at Terramar Park in Parkland. Home games will be played at Coral Springs High School in Coral Springs. We compete in the South Division of the Treasure Coast Football Conference (TCFC), an affiliate of Pop Warner youth football and cheer. The Parkland Rangers Youth Tackle Football and Cheer Program is dedicated to providing a positive and enriching environment for both the children and the parents. One of the things that makes us different from most Youth Football clubs is our "Must Play" rule. This rule outlines that, in order to effectively teach discipline, dedication and teamwork to each child involved in the program, each player must take the field in every game. In the end, we want the boys and girls of Parkland to develop the skills necessary to not only succeed in team athletics, but also in life.

Girl Cheerleaders!!! We need you as much as we need Boys!
Registration for the 2009 season is now closed and the season is underway. Registration for the 2010 season will begin in early March 2010. Girls, we have big plans for all of our Cheerleading Squads. Our desire is to participate in league Competitions. We need any girl with a desire to cheer - experience is not necessary. Our staff has an extensive background in All-Star Cheer and we want to share it with you. For more information about our Cheer program, please e-mail Cheer@ParklandRangers.com
