Tournament Rosters
If you are interested in playing in a fall lacrosse tournament and your name is not listed on one of the tournaments, please send an email to Robin Gold @ robinkgold@comcast.net.
Freshman and Sophomores are invited to play on November 21 in the JV only tournament.
Check the tournament rosters in the headlines. Links to the forms will be added. Please send all your forms and checks to Robin Gold. Checks should be made payable to Patriot Lacrosse. Check back for the fees for each tournament.

This is a Varsity Level Tournament.
Please download consent form from the Elite 150 website.
Click on Elite 150 logo.
Fill out consent form and return to Mrs. Gold with your payment by 11/1
If you can not participate, please let us know.
