2010 North Babylon Patriot Soccer Club
30th Annual Indoor Tournament
Dear Coaches,
You are cordially invited to participate in the 30th Annual North Babylon Patriot Soccer Club Indoor Tournament – the second longest running tournament on Long Island. This year we are looking forward to providing a fun-filled tournament for people of all ages – including entertainment, games and activities and a chance to meet local soccer professionals.
The tournament will be held the weekend of February 13th and 14th 2010
Teams entering will be guaranteed a minimum of four, 12 minute games, with Major/Minor divisions wherever possible. Whenever possible, 5-team divisions will be created. Awards will be given for first and second place, as well as Best Forward, Best Defender, Best Goalie and the “Toni Award” in each division. In addition, each player will receive a commemorative gift courtesy of the Patriot Soccer Club.
A Futsal format and rules will be followed and we will be using a two-man referee system and rules will be sent upon acceptance into the tournament.
The registration fee is $200.00 for Intramural Teams U-6 to U-11 and $225.00 for Travel Teams U-10 to U-14. No premier or LIJSL Select teams will be accepted. Spots will not be guaranteed without receipt of payment. The fee is non-refundable once teams are accepted. Registration fees will not be refunded in the event of bad weather. Payment for teams not accepted will be refunded as soon as team selection is made.
ALL ENTRIES AND ROSTERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY FEBRUARY 7, 2010
TIMES WILL GO OUT TO THE COACHES BY FEBRUARY 10, 2010
Maximum roster size is ten (10) – NO EXCEPTIONS, with six playing on the field. Available divisions are as follows:
