2012 Pawtucket League bats
The league bats are ordered. This year we will be using the Combat Rick Spike Baker and the Easton Synergy SCX2. They will be available in 26,27, and 28 on each field.
Champions
Congratulations to Texas Roadhouse(upper) and The Burners(lower) for winning their respective divisions. Be ready for supplied bats next season.

A Division
Batting Champ - Ryan Dugas (Quality/KP Grill) .747 avg
HR Champ - Ryan Dugas (Quality/KP Grill)16 HRs
B Division
Batting Champ - Jeff Stevens (C21/Rocks).750 avg
HR Champ - Justin Tetreault (Burners) 29 HRs
Playoffs
Playoffs will be 3 game series this year, possibly 5 game series for finals if time permits. Due to the 3rd if game, some teams may be required to be at the field 1 hr prior to playing in case a series only goes 2 games. Both Divisions may play on Mondays and Fridays.
IMPORTANT _ PLEASE READ
Coaches, Scorers and Umps,
Please read your league rules. It is the coaches responsibility to know all the rules. Ignorance of a rule is not a defense. Our HR rule is 3 hr's, progressive to 5 on Field 2 and straight to 5 on Fields 1 & 3. The home team also can't go ahead on HR's in the bottom of the 7th. Once 5 hr's have been hit, they are outs and listed as HR Outs in the book.(These do not count towards HR total in stats)Also once a player has been removed from the game, he can only be re-entered in the same spot in the batting order. Once this is done the player he replaced is no longer eligible to play in the game. If a player is injured and you do not have a replacement on your bench you must take an out in that players spot in the lineup. Also if you do not put a first and last name in the book, that player will not get credit for playing and will not receive any stats for that game.(no initials unless that is their 1st name like LJ Smith or BJ Jones)
