Novice Rep - OMHA Champions!!!! Undefeated throughout playdowns, congratulations Rage!
Bantam LL - Millbrook Tournament, Feb27-Mar1
Our first game was Friday night against Tillsonburg . The players came out strong and kept the pressure on, winning 7-0. We had another strong showing in our second game with a 2-0 win over the Manvers Mustangs on Saturday morning. Our third game wasn't until 6 pm on Saturday. Even with the long time between games our team showed they were up to the challenge with another shut out and a 4-0 win over the Mariposa Lightning. We finished first in our pool with a 3-0 record, 13 goals for and 0 against, giving us the most points for the tournament. We were also the only team to achieve a perfect game: 4 points for the win, 3 points for winning each period, and 1 point for a penalty free game. Unfortunately we were put out in the semi finals. But every player came together as a team, both on and off the ice. They made all the parents very proud. Great weekend Rage!
Atom Rep - Team Fundraiser
The team is taking orders for hooded sweatshirts (cost $45) with "Some people have to wait their entire lives to meet their favourite player - I raised mine" screened on the back. See flyer posted on the PDMHA bulletin board at the arena. To order, contact any atom rep parent or Marcie Cunningham (firstname.lastname@example.org, 519-532-8051).
Elma-Logan Tournament - Novice Champions!
The Novice Rep Raging Rams played three strong games in Monkton, on November 22 and 23, beating Blyth-Brussels 10-2, Port Stanley 9-1 and in the final taking the game over in the third period beating Blyth-Brussels 7-2. Great Job Team.
You will also be helping PDMHA, as a percentage of all sales comes back to our Association. Over the last two years, this loyalty program has raised over $1500 for PDMHA - funds which were used to help offset the cost of the new pro-style socks that the association provided all players this season!
