Perry Jr. Football Assoc. Annual Membership Meeting/Sign-Ups
May 9, 2011 – 07:00 PM
The 2011 PJFA Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Monday, May 9th at 7:00 pm in the Middle School Cafeteria . The purpose of this meeting is to hold elections for three Board positions: Vice-President, Treasurer, and Director. We will also discuss goals for the 2011 season, and there will be time for any new business discussions. Sign-ups for incoming 3rd – 8th grades for fall of 2011 will also be that night for football and cheerleading from 6-8pm. The cost for the 2011 season for football and cheerleading is $95.

* REMINDER: ALL KIDS MUST HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL FORM HANDED INTO THEIR COACH BEFORE THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE OR GAMES.
