With Team Phenom 12u taking the field for the first time this season, our staff didn’t know what to expect. What we learned quickly is these boys have a ton of heart and will to win. They came out with the drive to attempt to win a Championship. The boys stayed focused and disciplined to their goal. With timely hitting, great pitching, solid defense our boys completed their first goal by out scoring there opponents 49-5 and took home the Championship 10-0 against a solid team that never gave up and fought to the end. Now it’s back to work on getting better and preparing for a very tough season. GREAT JOB BOYS

The site is live now but Pictures will go up starting this weekend with all the boys, so parents please take your photos and send them in so we can post on our Instagram page. It will be fun to look back at the growth of our boys over the time.

Of course everyone has heard the old saying "There is No 'I' in Team," But who understands it? Do you?

Would you give your ALL for your team?
Would you give up time for you,
But give more to the team if it would benefit the team?
Would you lay it all on the line for your team?
Would you gladly cheer from the sidelines for your team?
Would you take the time to say positive things to every teammate?
Would you be willing to be open-minded enough
To see everyone's point of view - your coach's included?

The one thing that "I" can do for a team,
Is to contribute the most "I" possibly can for my teammates.
Whether that is being a leader, a supporter, a motivator,
An instigator, an inspirator - what "I" need to remember
Is that my part as a contributor helps my team the most.

When every "I" can come together as "we,"
Is when a team becomes successful.
When "I" am willing to do whatever it takes
To open my mind and see what is truly best
For my team, is when "I" become successful.
And that's what "I" wanted in the 1st place, isn't it?

Do you have what it takes?
Dig in.
Open your mind,
Play the game.
Then, you will win.
Dr. Tom Hanson's Play Big Video Lesson 1

Phenom Nation...We are family

"In our lives we will encounter many challenges, and tomorrow we face one together. How we accept the challenge and attack the challenge head on is only about us--no one can touch that. If we win or lose this weekend, it will not make a difference in our lives. But why we play and how we play will make a difference in our lives forever."

“The leaders who work most effectively, it seems to me, never say 'I'. And that's not because they have trained themselves not to say 'I'. They don't think 'I'. They think 'we'; they think 'team'. They understand their job to be to make the team function. They accept responsibility and don't sidestep it, but 'we' gets the credit.... This is what creates trust, what enables you to get the task done.”
