The PLANTATION PHILLIES have won their second Championship in franchise history as they defeated the Carol City Astros this past Sunday to the score of 3-2.

The Astros took Game 1 in the NABA Championship as they managed to hold off the Phillies on a late comeback.  Phillies would struggle in the first inning, as they began the game with loading the bases with 3 consecutive walks.  Battiste, Thompson and Davis would give the Stros a 5-0 lead as they all were credited with RBI singles.  The Phillies would put 3 on the scoreboard in the bottom of the 2nd as Vacca and Cotes delivered RBI singles to cut the deficit to 5-3. The Astros would tack on 3 runs in the 5th highlighted by Ficarra's 2-run triple and take a 8-3 lead.  In the top of the 6th, Amory would give the Stros another run with a RBI single as Spellman scored. In the bottom of the 6th, D.Rodriguez would score after leading off the inning with a single followed by Vacca's sac fly to cut the lead to 9-4. In the 7th, Abreu's RBI single would bring home Grullon to cut the score to 9-5.  In the bottom of the 9th things would get interesting as D.Rodriguez would lead off with a solo HR.  After an error, Vacca would single up the middle.  With no outs, another error would follow scoring Machado,  The Astros would come up big as the induced Grullon to a 6-4-3 double play as Vacca scored to bring the score to 9-8.   With two outs, Joseph would retire Cameron to end the game thus giving the Stros the victory.

With their backs against the walls the Phillies responded in Game 2 by winning 8-4 to extend the series to Game 3.  Veteran, right Anthony Vacca took the hill for the Phillies as Astros, Kamba Joseph got the nod after initial starter KC Hayes could not go due to elbow tightness. The Phillies responded quickly in the first courtesy of C.Abreu's line shot which hit off the third baseman's mit thus eventually coming around to score. The Astros responded in the bottom half as Amory drove in Libran on a RBI single to right field.  The Phillies would put 2 more runs in the 2nd as Coates, Grullon, and a bunt single by Cameron would load the base.  Josephy would struggle finding his location walking in one run.  Vacca would give up 3 runs in the bottom of the 3rd as Libran, Corres and Battiste's RBI single would give the Stros a 4-3 lead. That would be the last run for the Stros as Vacca and reliever Hayes would shut the Stros lineup to no more runs.  The Phillies would tie the game in the 4th inning but it was not until Haye's 2 run homerun to left field that opened the game up for the Phils in the top of the 5th inning.  The hit and run in the 7th inning by Branch and Machado's double off the fence would extend the lead.  Machado would eventually score to extend the series.

Headline says it all .Another division win for the Phillies as they defeated the Miami Marlins this past at Sunview Park in Fort Lauderdale. With this hige win the Fightin Phils were able to creep up in the standings and is currently sitting in second place behind the Bluejays. Great hitting and ok pitching says it all.Ceasar Abreau and Jessie Perez with big homers..

Phillies defeated the Mirimar Twins 11-2. The Phils started the game with 8 players but didnt seem to mean much with timely hitting and an ace performace by no other than Anthony Vacca the Phils took a big win with a team in their division. Congrats to Tomas Rodriguez for the big win his interim manager role..

Our Plantation Phillies took a tough loss to the always tough Carol City Astros. Anthony Vacca struggled off the mound and the defense wasnt helping the cause with a errors spread all over the diamond. Fightins still came back with full force scoring 6 total runs in the 8th and 9th but still fall short by 3. Good game boys way not to give up.

Phillies' bats come alive again as they defeat the Aventura Dodgers 13-2. Big innings in the 3rd and 6th innings are what put big numbers up for the Phils. Dodger hitters struggled with the strong pitching performance by Anthony Vacca who struck out 7 batters in 7 innings of work.

Phillies take on the Tamarac Rangers and find the offense they were looking for. The Plantation Phillies were able to win with ease this past Sunday as the bats of the FIGHTIN Phils came alive as they where able to string together five homeruns for an impressive afternoon. Luke Branch, Fidel Menendez, Ceaser Abreu each hit a homer and Danny Rodriguez was able to crush to homers that help propell the Phillies to a win.

In a rematch of last seasons championship the Phillies fall to the Davie Reds yet again. Phillies pitching struggled and hitting was ice cold till the later innings. But it just wasnt enough as the Phils fell short to a final score of 11-6.

The PLANTATION PHILLIES will be kick the 2012 Spring / Summer season off as they face off against the Naba Champs of the Fall / Winter season. The last time these two teams meet was in last season's championship, as the Reds were able to defeat the FIGHTINS in a best of three series. The PHILS look forward to start off the season on a high note after a dsappointing lose to the Davie Reds in a nail bitter. Both teams came out with their Ace's in this highly anticipated game between two teams that were looking foward to a win. The PLANTATION PHILLIES lose their second straight game of the season as they faced off against the Tamarac Rangers this past Sunday. The Rangers came out to play and showed the PHILLIES how to play a good clean game. The FIGHTIN PHILS beat themselves this game as they it almost impossible to win the game by committing plenty of mental errors on the base path and throwing the ball around on defense. The PLANTATION PHILLIES got their first win of the season as they defeated the Pompano Cubs this past Sunday. The FIGHTIN PHILS were able to take off where they left off last season as they cruised by the Cubs to the score of 7-2. The PHILLIES offense played a big role in Sunday's win , as the PHILS were able to put together some key hits to be able to pull ahead of the Cubs. Alberti " BIRDMAN " Ortiz received his first win of the season as he pitched 5 stellar innings, " BIRDMAN " was able to keep the Cubs off balance with a good mix of pitches and stay within the strike zone. The PLANTATION PHILLIES has won the N.A.B.A. championship for the first time in club history over the ever so strong Carol City Astros . The PLANTATION PHILLIES were able to beat the Carol City Astros in a best out of 3 game series to win the N.A.B.A. title this past Sunday . Game 2 took place in Cypress park , both teams game into game hungry for the win . The PHILLIES were looking forward on swepting the Astros , as the Astros look to even the series a game a piece . The PHILLIES were able to strike first as they pushed accross 4 runs in the early going of this game . The Astros will never fall to far back , they were able to put together a come back to tied the score in the bottom of the 4th inning . The game had to be postponed due to the weather . Alberti " BIRDMAN " Ortiz pitched for the PHILS in game 2 and didn't give any earn runs in 4 innings of pitching . The PHILLIES took off were they left off the week earlier in the top of 5th , with the 4,5,6 hitters coming up for the FIGHTING PHILS . Anthony " THE COW " Vacca game in relief for BIRDMAN , to finish off the Astros . The PLANTATION PHILLIES were able to beat the Astros to the score of 11-6 to win the CHAMPIONSHIP .... The PHILLIES came out and played their hearts from gold glove plays in the outfield by Ceasar " TAIL COAT " Abreu , to the big pressure hits form BIRDMAN , GOYA BEAN , and let us not forget Angel 3 hits that paced the PHILS , or even D-TRAIN coming out of the pen to shut it down . The Phillies took Game 1 of the NABA Championship in one of the most memorable games in NABA history. Astros, Acosta and Phillies, Perez took the hill for their respected teams. The Phils struck first off Perez's double to right center eventually scoring to give the Phils a 1-0 lead. Perez was lights out shutting down the Astros lineup until the 5th inning a Astro batter drew a walk . A passed ball while a man on 3rd base would tie the game at 1-1. The Astros would strike again in the 6th inning as back to back Phil's errors would lead to 2 runs for the Astros . The lead was short lived as the Phillies took advantage with 2 outs and Menendez on 1st base. Perez would reach on as the Astros dropped a routine fly ball to right field that would have ended the inning. Instead Conatser would make the Astros pay with a RBI single up the middle tying the game. In the top of the 8th inning the Astros were able to get on with an error off Conatser. After a sac bunt, the Astros were able to get the first hit of the game for the Astros with a RBI single. The Astros would hand the ball over to reliever, Rivero. In the bottom of the 9th inning with the Astros leading 5-4, Perez would lead off with a single. Conatser would come through with the RBI tying the game and sending the game into extra innings. In the bottom of the 10th, Abreu would draw a bases on balls eventually stealing second base. Grullon would deliver a single to put runners on the corners with 2 outs. Menendez would deliver a routine hit would be wide left scoring Abreu , while giving the Phils the win. Conastser was credited with the win. Perez would pick up the no decision even though he held the Stros hitless.

The PLANTATION PHILLIES are CHAMPIONSHIP BOUND after they cruised by the Miami Giants this past weekend . The FIGHTIN'S came out strong early in the game and never looked back . Derrick " D-TRAIN " Conatser took the hill for the PHILS for the fourth time this season , the Giants weren't able to get much going on the PHILLIES ace . The bats for the PHILLIES weren't to far behind as they were able to tag the Giants pitching for 4 runs and pressure the defense as they were able to reach the base paths the whole afternoon .The PHILS have been in this position every year in club's history , but haven't been able to get to the show . The FIGHTINS ended their regular season this past Sunday playing a Double-Header against two very strong teams . The first game of the Double-Header was against the Pompano Cubs , who had handed the PHILLIES thier second loss of the season . The PLANTATION PHILLIES were able to get one back on the Cubs as they defeated the Cubs to the score of 7-2 . The Cubs weren't able to get anything started on the FIGHTING PHILS Ace Derrick " D-TRAIN " Conatser , who pitched a gem .

The PLANTATION PHILLIES played the Carol City Astros in the second game of the Double-Header . The PHILS were able to beat the Astros at their first meeting of the season in a close game that game down to the last batter of the game . The PHILS and the Astros ended their game in a tie , after a good game on both sides . The game final was 6-6 , and with that the PLANTATION PHILLIES have advanced to the Play-off's for the 4th straight season . The FIGHTINS loss a nail biter this past Sunday to the likes of the Cubs ace Hardy and the never give up spirit of the Pompano Cubs . The Cubs were able to strike first in the bottom of the first inning as they push across 2 runs . The Cubs pitching was able to keep the PHILLIES hitters off balance for most of the day . The FIGHTING PHILS were finally able to tie up the game in the top of the 6th as Billy " ROBO ARM " Grullon was able to hit a game tieing double down the right field line to score Alberti " BIRDMAN " Ortiz and Jason " HOTWHEELS " Pearson . The Cubs were able to score two more runs the very next inning to give them a two run lead . In the top of 9th down two runs , Billy " ROBO ARM " Grullon came in to lead off the inning . Grullon was able to reach on base with an error on the short stop . Jessie " TIRA FLECHA " Perez came on in the 9th with two down and man on second . Perez hits a double in the right center gap , that scores in Grullon . Tito " TOMA " Machado comes up and hits line shot to right , Perez who was chugging all the way from second gets hosed by the right fielder gun to end the game . The PLANTATION PHILLIES were able to beat the Miramir Twins this Sunday , before a rain storm ended the game . The FIGHTINS were able to go into the 6th inning with the lead of 5-2 over the Twins as a nasty rain storm came rolling in from the west . The Umpires called the game due to thunder and lighting . Derrick " CHAINSAW " Conatser took the mound for the second time this season . The PHILLIES drew first blood as they tack on 4 runs in the 3rd inning , the Twins answer right back as they tacked on a run of their in the bottom half of the 3rd . In the top of the 4th the FIGHTING PHILS pushed across another run to push their lead to 4 . The Twins were able to push across a run in the bottom of the 5th , the Twins manged to juice the bases with 2 outs . The Twins could of shift the game with a base hit , but Derrick " CHAINSAW " Conaster was able to sit the batter down . In the bottom of the 6th the Umpires called the game due to bad weather . The PHILS opened the game with Jessie " TIRA FLECHA " Perez , Perez went 2 and a third of an inning giving up three earnded runs and walking 5 . The PLANTATION PHILLIES bat's were not much help as the FIGHTINS finished with 3 hits and 2 earned runs , while leaving " BASES LOADED "3 differnt times . Derrick " CHAINSAW " Conatser pitching 7 and 2/3 . Conatser punched out 13 batters and suffered 2 hits . Danny " GOYA BEAN " Rodriguez leads the PHILS hitting going 1-2 with a homerun and a BB . The PLANTATION FIGHTINGS defeated the North Miami Reds this past weekend to the score of 4-2 . The Reds drew first blood as they were able to push across a run on a error that was made early in the first inning . The FIGHTINGS came up in the bottom of the first and tag on two quick runs of their own , which put them up by 1 going into the second inning . Alberti " BIRDMAN " Ortiz coming off a productive start his last appearance , received the nod for the fourth time this season . BIRDMAN pitched a gem as he cruised by , toying with a no hitter all way into the top of eighth inning when he gave up a towering shot to deep center for a double . That's when PHILLIES Manger Tito " TOMA " Machado went to the mound and called for crafty righty Anthony " THE COW " Vacca to come out pen and finish the campaign .THE COW was able to hold off the Reds even though they were able to tag on another run in the top of eighth . This is what Player / Manger Tito " TOMA " Machado was quoted saying when being ask about his current pitching rotation that has been very effective this season . When someone in crowd questioned him what is the difference between this season and the prior seasons all he said was " All I have to say is that we are playing good ball right now , we play as a team , we're hungry , and we know that we have to go out there and play our hearts out everyday cause baseball is funny like that . You will never know when she decides to throw you a splitter that has more break than you know what to do with " . J.Perez pitched 6 strong innings giving up no earn runs , with 10 K'S , and only allowing 4 hits with 2 Base on balls to get the NO DECISION . D-Train came in the 7th with the PHILLIES still down a run , they needed him to stop any further damage the Dodgers could of have done , to shut down any hopes the FIGHTINGS had for the win . Alberti " BIRDMAN " Ortiz got the nod for the second time this season as he faced off against the Rangers lefty Rosado . The Rangers got on the score board first in the top of the first as the FIGHTING PHILS weren't as crisp as they hope to be . In the bottom of the third the PHILS were able to push across three runs to capture the lead . The FIGHTING PHILS were able to beat the Pomapno Cubs in last Sunday to the score of 7-5 . The FIGHTING PHILS came out and played HARD-NOSE baseball (literally) and came out on top in a great, high tensioned game. Tempers were flaring after a rising fastball smashed into the Phillie's 2B ( D.Herrera ) face after a controversial call at home plate , which in turn broke Herrera's nose in two places. The PLANTATION PHILLIES fall short to the Brew Crew in a grueling 10 inning game that ended in a walk-off line drive down the right field line in Sunday's match up . The FIGHTING PHILS lose to the score of 8-7 , not only were the PLANTATION PHILLIES short one on the scoreboard , the PHILS were also short one in the line-up card . The PLANTATION PHILLIES come out victorious in a pitchers duel against the Sunny Isles Brewers this past Sunday at Mullins Park . Derrick Conatser took the hill for the FIGHTING PHILS striking out 14 batters in 6 innings of work only allowing 1 hit , giving up zero walks , with no earn runs . On the other side of the diamond the Brewers threw a crafty righty with a good fastball , and a slippery curve ball by the name of Hardison . The PLANTATION " FIGHTING " PHILS get another win this past weekend as they defeated the Tamarac Rangers to the score of 11-2.B.Ortiz started this campaign for the PHILLIES as the Ranger's Vzcategus got the nod from skipper Mike Withrow.In the first J.DE Armas led the inning off with a double off the left field fence,while both pitchers had control issues early on they struggle hitting their spots forcing base on balls which in turn lead to more base runners.The Rangers responded back in their half of the first with two runs of their own.The Rangers were able to get on with patient hitting and forced errors.In the third the PHILLIES were able to tack on 6 runs and never had to look back.D.Conatser and J.DE Armas lead the PHILS attack with two hits apiece,followed by D.Herrera,C.Abreu,J.Pearson,D.Rodriguez,J.Perez with a hit each.Come out support your PLANTATION PHILLIES as they look to improve on their winning ways making it 3 in a row,they will be facing off against the Sunny Isles Brewers at Sunview Park at 2:00pm.

In strong fashion the PLANTATION PHILLIES were able to put a win togther behind the strong arms of Danny Rodriguez and Derrick Conster better known as the ( DEADLY DUCEZ ).Rodriguez took the hill for the FIGHTING PHILS in their season opener as they took on the ever strong Miramar Twins.Rodriguez throw in 4th innings of work a no hitter with 5 BB inturn giving up 2 earn runs that the Twins were able to put togther with patient hitting in the top of the fourth.Rodriguez was able to get 3 K's of his own ,but keep the Twin's batters off balance most of the day with a good mix of fast balls and throwing his sneaky changeup from time to time.In the top of 5th inning D.Conster came in and shut the door close on any attempt the Twins had on coming back.Conster throw in 3 innings of work 7 K's ,0 hits ,and one man on with base on balls.The FIGHTIN PHILS offense also came out with thier bats flaring as they were able to scratch across 13 runs by the 7th inning.Great work all the way around , everyone carried thier weight last Sunday.LET'S GET IT !!!!!!!!!!!

The FIGHTING PHILS will facing off against the Miramar Twins this weekend to kick-off the 2010 NABA Fall/Winter season.This high anticipated game will be held at Cypress Park this Sunday at 1:30pm , both teams have a high intensity offense with dominating pitching which should make a hard nose game all the way through.Last season the FIGHTING PHILS were able to give the Twins their only loss, which happen to be their only defeat on a otherwise perfect season.It's still vague on who will take the nod for the PHILLIES , but the FIGHTING PHILS know that they have to have remarkable defense due to the fact that the Twins offense can be at times relentless. The 2010 Fall NABA Fort Lauderdale / Miami chapter is scheduled to start on the weekend of Sept.12,2010.The PLANTATION PHILLIES have been on workouts since the 8th of August.The PHILLIE'S club house has some new faces mixed in with some old but insiders are saying that veterans are gelling well with the new prospects , even the front office of the PLANTATION PHILLIES are excited and optimistic on the upcoming season with the additions of Juan De Armas,and Jason Pearson. The PLANTATION PHILLIES lost in the first round of the playoff's last season , their hoping with the new additions and some key signings it will be able to push them over the threshold. PLANTATION PHILLIE'S spring training camp is scheduled to start August 8 2010 at Sunview Park in Fort Lauderdale.All players are to report to the field at 10:00am ( NO EXCEPTIONS ).The Plantation Phillies lost their playoff run last season in the first round to the Carol's City Astros to the score of 5-4 in a tough battle.As a team we had our up's and down's , but that made us stronger and closer than ever.United as team we will become a powerhouse like no other , let's show these teams what we can do and what we are capable of.. The PLANTATION PHILS took a lose this past weekend on father's day , at the hands of the Aventura Dodgers.Both teams came out with tough pitching that resulted in low scoring game into the later innings.The Dodgers were able to break through in the top of the ninth and taking the lead with a 2 run shot,the FIGHTIN PHILS were never able to respond back as they suffered their seventh loss of the season to finish at .500 . The first round of the playoff's is scheduled for July 11 , 2010 , opponents are TBD ,depending on the make up games that will take place this weekend. IT'S GAME TIME BOYS LET'S GET IT TOGETHER. The FIGHTIN PHILS pull out close one this morning after they faced off against the North Miami Brewers. The PHILS faced off against the North Miami Brewers for the third time the season at Mickel Field , the FIGHTIN PHILS struck first in the second off a RBI SINGLE off T.Rodriguez "s bat. In the bottom half the inning the Brewers were able to capitalize on some key errors that were made the PHILS defense and take the lead after everything was said and done.The Brewers were able to take the lead into the later innings due miscues and bad defense plays that was made by the FIGHTIN PHILS defense , but the mighty bats and some keys hits by guys in the bottom of lineup was the key to what the final score was.....

The PLANTATION PHILLIES trail the Astros by a full game after last Sunday's loss in a scorcher of a day with record heat.Alberti Ortiz took the hill for the FIGHTIN PHILS , as he was the first of four PHILLY pitchers to take the mound in the attempt to settle down the Astros offense.The FIGHTIN PHILS played very solid defense , but weren't able to get the bats going for most of the game.On the other side of the diamond the Astros were able to string together some key hits in the later innings.The game seem to be a sea -saw act for the most of the afternoon , in the end the Astros were able to hang to the defeat the PLANTATION PHILLIES with a score of 8-5 final.Come out and support your FIGHTIN PHILS as they take on the North Miami Brewers at Sunview Park this Sunday June 13,2010 at 11:30AM . The PHILS are looking forward to finishing the season strong and take that momentum into the play offs.

The FIGHTIN PHILS defeated the Miramar Twins in stunning fashion last Sunday as they were able to shut down the Twins mighty offense.Danny Rodriguez took the hill for PHILS for the third time this season , Rodriguez was able to keep the heavy hitting Twins at bay only giving up three hits , 1 BB , 3 K'S , and no earn runs.Rodriguez was also helped by the Phils high powered offense as the PHILLIES were able to jump to a early led . The PHILS were able to tack on 7 runs in the 2 inning as they were able to get to Twins pitching early.In the 7th Derrick Constar was called to close the game , finishing the game with 4 K'S , 2 BB , and giving up only 2 hits as THE PLANTATION PHILLIES were able to coast by the Twins.

This past Sunday the FIGHTING PHILS took on the Aventura Dodgers for the first time this season in a double-header at Cypress Park.Danny Rodriguez took the hill in the first game for the PHILLIES . Rodriguez started off strong despite the fact that mother nature couldn't hold the flood gates closed as the rain came down in the early portion of the game. Rodriguez was able to shut down the Dodger's heavy hitting lineup as they were only able push across 1 earn run.The Dodgers were able to make it a very interesting game in the later innings as Torres came in relief.Torres had trouble with his commend due to wardrobe malfunction that was causing him loss commend on his fast ball.The Dodgers were able to take the lead in the top of the ninth but were unable to hold the led due to walks and a walk off blooper by C. Abreu.In the secound game Ortiz took the knod for the PLANTATION PHILLIES but wasn't as strong as he was on his last outting . The Fightin Phils were able to jump out to a early lead of 4-0 , but the never say die Dodgers were able to draw some walks and some key hits that give them the 8 - 5 win over your PLATATION PHILLIES .. The FIGHTIN PHILS were able to continue their winning ways last Sunday as they were able to hold the North Miami Brewers at bay due an amazing pitching performance.Alberti who took the hill for Phillies, came into this game on mission striking out 12 while only giving up 2 hits, 1 walk and no earn runs.Alberti gave his first walk of the game and the his second hit of the game in the top of the ninth.The Phils were able to push across 4 runs in the game which two came in the first when Big J ( JESSIE PEREZ ) smashed a double into right field with a man on second and first.The Fightin Phils were able to tack on two more runs during the 9 inning exhibition.The Phils gave the up the only run in the top of ninth with a pass ball at the plate, but that wasn't enough as the Brewers fall 4-1 to the PLANTATION PHILLIES.The Fightin Phils will be facing off against the Pompano Cubs this Sunday May 9 , 2010 at Sunview Park in Fort Lauderdale.The Phils are looking forward to the rematch with Cubs after a disappointing loss earlier in the season after the Phils let a 5 run lead in the later innings slip away.First pitch is set for 11:30 AM.Come out s support your FIGHTIN PHILS !!!!!

The FIGHTIN PHILS split 2 games with The Carol City Astros this past weekend.Game one ( re-make from a few weeks back when the game was stop due to foul weather )started off at the bottom of the 4th .The FIGHTIN PHILS who came into game one trailing the Astros 5-3 weren't able to catch a grove as the Carol City Astros push across another run. The Astros were able to hold the PHILS off in game 1 to capture the first win of the day . In game 2 the Carols City Astros drew first blood as they were able to push across the first run of game off a line single off Jay Caddle's bat in the first inning. The PHILS were able come right back in the next inning as the FIGHTIN PHILS were able to put runners in scoring position and capitalizing after good hustle on the base path and key hits to take the led in the bottom of the first . The FIGHTIN PHILS eventually took a 4 run led into the later innings of the game, but the Carol City Astros never giving up were able to bring the game within one before the game was called due to curfew. The FIGHTIN PHILS were able to get back on track with a big win against the Stros. Next week the PHILS will be looking forward to continue their winning ways as they will facing the North Miami Brewers this Sunday May 2,2010 at Sunview Park . Last Sunday the Phillies and the Astros weren't able to finish thier game due to the heavy down pour that came in the bottom of the 4th inning.The game will resume April 25 , 2010 as the Fightin Phils who were already scheduled to play the Astros on the 25th will resume the game after they play game 1 at 1:30pm at Pepper Park. The Phillies capture the first win at Sunview Park this past Sunday when they faced off aginst the North Miami Brewers.Alberti Ortiz got his first win of the season as the Phils defeat the Brewers 12 to 4, Ortiz only gave up 3 hits with 3 K's and 1 walk as Brewers were only able to push 1 earn run against Ortiz.Angel Lopez and Derrick Conatser both had beautiful outtings as they both came out the bullpen to help Ortiz seal the deal.The Phils offense came out strong with 14 hits scatterd through the lineup.Tommy Rodriguez led the assault with 3 hits,Billy Grullon,Carlos Machado,Danny Herrea,Ceaser Abreu,and A.J. Torres also added two hits a piece. The Phils will be facing the ever Strong Miramar Twins in a double-header next Sunday as both teams are highly competive with great pitching and explosive offense.
