Dave Schuler is the most experienced instructor in the region. Included in Dave's three decades of professional experience, with 11 Major League clubs was: playing 12 years, (in 7 countries), and in coaching 12 years(in 5 countries, including Taiwan Major Leagues)... he finished up with a position created by the Atlanta Braves, for Dave, as Coordinator of Rehabilitation, with high-speed films analyzing the causes for elbow and shoulder surgeries in 17 post-operative pitchers. They all fully recovered and some gained arm strength that they lacked prior to rehabilitation, through Dave's creative program. Dave spent 2004 in the Braves' Disney World, Wide World of Sports complex, working with the club's physical therapist hand in hand. You cannot substitute the expertise that comes from the combination of playing, coaching, and healing at the professional level. Now, we are giving Dave's "eyes" to the kids, and teaching them techniques detering inflammation. This, combined with our continued work and interactions with Dave's vast list of professional contacts, sets your kids up for unlimited information and potential. If you want the "best" for your ball player, consider the return on your investment, and get into the pricing of our introductory programs. Give your "growing champion" the opportunity to work with someone who gives your special athlete the best chance to reach his maximum ceiling-potential.
Most pro coaches with Dave's experience stay in the game and just retire. But because of Dave's knowledge, passion and love for America's pastime, and his desire to see our country's kids continue to not only "play" baseball, but excel at it, he is giving back where it matters most....... to the youth in our community!
A kid's baseball dreams lead to Pro-Formance, and a place to keep their idle hours productive, and out of harm's way!

Dave was a pitching coach for a Yankee minor league club that I was a GM for. Worked extremely well with the young pitchers. Great attitude. Positive and upbeat in the clubhouse. Really knows his stuff.........Ken Shepard
I had the pleasure of working with dave in the Eastern League-it was a highlight of my baseball career. Dave understands the importance of doing things the right way and cares about the people he works with and for. A tremendous teacher of life skills and an excellent person........Dave Trembley
Dave Schuler: One of the finest people I have ever met. Great baseball man, great teacher, great friend and most important a great person. Best of luck Schu!........Jim Creighton
I learned some great stuff from Coach Dave, he taught us how to put our knee and how to land from that position. He also taught us how to bring the ball out of our glove and how to throw the ball the correct way. I think it is fun working with Coach Dave.......Danny
I played with Dave when he was with the Ca. Angels. He may not have had the greatest natural ability in the world but he made up for it with his intelligence and determination. Even in the big leagues, lots of guys only know how to throw the ball. Dave knew how to pitch. I would let him work with my kid any day.....Dave Frost.......Ca. Angels, 1978-1981
I had the pleasure of having Dave as my pitching coach while in Bowie in 2002, I myself, as an Athletic Trainer, really appreciate the simplicity of his instruction as a pitching coach. For such a complicated movement, Dave has a way of breaking down pitching mechanics so that they just make sense. I would like to thank Dave for helping me better understand pitching biomechanics so that I can better recognize throwing related injuries. The Best of Luck to You, Dave!.......PJ Mainville
Dave...You made winners out of Andy Pettitte and Mariano Rivera, but your greatest accomplishments in baseball will be enjoyed by these kids! You're a great coach, but a better person......Peter Rokeach
Id like to thank both coach dave and coach tim for the opportunity to excell in every aspect of the game.I thought I was a good player when I first met Dave and Tim but they are developing me into an even better player and a better person. When I first went to Dave and Tim's program I didnt think I was going to like it at all and I wasnt sure if I even wanted to keep going and further my career with baseball but after attending their sessions I have changed all my thoughts positively and now want to further my career and have the want to become as good as my talent will let me.I know it sounds fake to say and think,"there is no way 2 guys can make me THAT much better.", but after you meet and encounter this great program your outlook will completely change just as mine did. Thanks coach dave and coach tim for all of your help.See ya at practice on friday!...Tom.....Berlin,MD

Strength and Conditioning Training
Coaches and Parents - Send us your video, (from specific angles), and Dave will analyze, correct, and suggest how to adjust an individual's development . This is the right time to make subtle adjustments to the delivery, in the off-season, where the ego of competition is lessened. The importance of baseball's fundamental repetitions then become the fabric of next season's delivery. We will show you how to improve without actual throwing, giving the arm necessary off-season rest, (these reps can be done in a mirror) Coach Dave will also follow up with a personal phone call breaking down the report.
