FOOTBALL $175 REGISTRATION + $42.00 (or 14 certificates sold) MANDATORY FUNDRAISER
Fees include leasing of game uniforms, shoulder pads, socks, helmet decals, Pop Warner patch, Pop Warner ID, Richland County participation fees, Pop Warner regional and national fees, Official fees, and security fees for the regular fall season.
**Football players will be responsible for acquring their own cleats, practice jersey, practice pants, pads for pants, and mouthpiece. Football participants will receive a jersey and helmet to keep at the end of the season.
CHEERLEADING $165 REGISTRATION + $42.00 (or 14 certificates sold) MANDATORY FUNDRAISER
Fees include cheer uniform, socks, poms, hair bow, cheer bag, briefs, warm up outfit, Pop Warner patch, Pop Warner ID, Richland County participant fees, Pop Warner regional and national fees, security fees for the regular season.
**Cheerleaders will be responsible for acquiring their own practice gear and sneakers.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS:
1. Pop Warner participant contract signed by participant and guardian (2 pages)
2. Pop Warner physical (2 pages) must be completed on Pop Warner form. No other physical form will be accepted.
3. Copy of birth certificate (must be legible)
4. Report card (one full year/4 quarters)
5. Recent photo of participant (will not be returned), passport size
6. Signed Palmetto Youth parent/participant guidelines page
