Genesis Power Sports Performance (PSP) program is excited to announce the 2013 Volleyball & Injury Prevention Skills Training Camp to the greater Quad City Area.
The primary goal of the training camp is to teach, increase and enhance the fundamental skills and knowledge of the game of volleyball while implementing injury prevention and strengthening techniques Power Sports Performance. By focusing on mechanics of jumping, landing, and running, athletes can expect to see improvements in agility, vertical leap, and speed. Genesis PSP is offering a “total” package camp to enhance their volleyball skills and conditioning performance.
Janelle Hester, former professional volleyball player and USA volleyball A2 squad member played at the University of Tennessee, is Camp Director. Matt Rokes, Coordinator of PSP, is the PT at Augustana College and physical therapist for USA women's rugby will provide the injury prevention training. Athletes attending this camp will benefit from the wealth of knowledge from these two individuals.
