River City United launches Elite and Premier Programs designed to develop players for the next level. Working with the clubs that make up the RCYSL  our goal is to give the game back to the players. Let them own it, love it, work for it and play it.  We want children of all shapes and sizes to play this game and have everyone understand no one is to be left on the sideline.  Lets teach children how to accept all who want to play this game, in turn creating better men and women of tomorrow.
