Welcome to Redding American Legion Baseball
We want to welcome you to the 2010 Redding American Legion Baseball Program! Redding hosts 2 teams and over 40 local players in their quest to improve their skills, work toward playing at the next level, and most importantly is to have fun. Each team is a little different, but while their routine may differ, the approach and philosophy remain the same.
The Redding Rattlers is the oldest team in the organization housing those players at the U19 level. In most cases, these players either are at the college level and/or are moving into the collegiate ranks.
The Redding American Legion Baseball Program also hosts a "Junior Level" U17 teams. The junior club is the Redding Diamondbacks. These players are usually the top younger varsity players. The D-Backs work hard at skill development and preparation for playing at the high school - varsity level as well as to prep for college.
