WINTER 2010 SPORTS LEAGUES
Winter 2010 Sports League Registration Forms
REGISTRATION PRIORITY AND DATES
1. Returning Redmond teams have first priority and may begin registering on Tuesday, November 3, 2009.
2. New Redmond teams have second priority and may begin registering Tuesday, November 10, 2009.
3. Returning non-Redmond teams have third priority and start registering Thursday November 12, 2009.
4. New Non-Redmond Teams have fourth priority and may begin registering Thursday November 17, 2009.
* To be considered a “Redmond Team” at least 51% of your roster must consist of players either living or working within Redmond city limits.
NOTE: Registration for all leagues closes Thursday December 3, or earlier if leagues fill.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Teams may register in person at the Recreation office located in the Old Redmond Schoolhouse Community Center, 16600 NE 80th Street, Redmond; or by mailing registration form and completed roster to the Redmond Recreation Division, MS: ORSPK; PO Box 97010, Redmond WA 98073-0710. Office hours are 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 9am-1pm.
Each team must submit, at the time of registration, league fees and non-Redmond player fees, and a copy of their completed roster on the official form provided by the Recreation Department. Registrations will not be accepted without a completed roster with original signatures to verify residency and returning team status. (One check per team please payable to: City of Redmond)

WINTER CLOTHING DRIVE
The Church of Mary Magdalene in Seattle has a day center called Mary’s Place. Here, the church shelters homeless women and children during the day. They also supply the women and children with some clothing and hygiene necessities. The church acquires most of these items through donations. With the cold weather already here the women and children are in desperate need for winter clothing! Please help keep these women and children warm this holiday season!
When: Donations will be collected starting November 9th and continue until the 30th
Where: There is a collection bin at the Old Redmond School House Community Center Lobby, 16600 NE 80th Street, Redmond.
It would be a great help if any of the following were donated:
• Coats/Jackets
• Gloves
• Hats
• Scarves
• Socks
• Sweats/Pants
• Shoes
All items may be new or lightly used. Though these are women and Children men’s styles are accepted as well. ANYTHING to KEEP WARM! Your donations will help make the cold journey through winter a little easier for the women and children of Mary’s Place. Any questions?
