Elementary & Middle School Registration
Any players interested in playing Elementary or Middle School Ice Hockey should contact Mike Patterson at gflp@rcn.com.
Registration forms are available by clicking on Downloadable Forms (in left menu). You DO NOT NEED to print out page 7 (EHSHL form)...that is for high school players only.
