Manager/Coach Information

Rutgers Safety Clinic: It is mandated by NJ state law that all volunteer coaches must attend a safety clinic.  All managers are required to attend and all assistants are strongly encouraged to attend.  No team can be left with an assistant in charge who is not Rutgers Certified. This is a once in a lifetime course, once certified you will be considered certified for any volunteer coaching position in NJ for life.

Fingerprinting:
Anyone who wishes to coach in the Readington Township program must be fingerprinted and sign a consent form for a background check.  The format for Fingerprinting has been changed to the new live scan method and is no longer available at the Police Station. Please click on the Fingerprinting procedure link in the menu to the left on this home page. Under the Fingerprinting title click on the line "Readington Rec form with township number and special rate." this will open a form that has the township ID # and special rate on it, you can then go to the link provided and follow the instructions to make an appointment at the Hagedorn Psychiatric Hospital in Glen Gardner.
