Sandiacre Ladies FC Vs Mackworth St Francis in the County Cup 29th January @St Giles Park kick off 13:30pm
Mackworth put up a brave fight but Town were just too strong with 4 goals from Jodie Smith and a last minute goal from Lynne Thompson sealed the Victory 5-0

EMWFL League Cup 2011-2012
Sandiacre Town Played away at Rise Park in the 2nd Round of the EMWFL League Cup on the 9th October 2011 13:30pm kick off.
Unfortunately Sandiacre went out 4-3 on a windy day which made any passing play by both teams seem impossible at times
Women's FA Cup 2011-2012
Sandiacre Town were drawn at home to Mansfield Town in the 2nd Rd Qualifier of the Womens FA Cup.Tie which was played on the 23 October 2011 kick off 14:00pm, Sandiacre went a goal behind after Mansfield piled on some early pressure not to be outdone, Sandiacre were on top of the last 20 mins of the 1st half and made the score 1-1 after a superb corner by Lynne Thompson deceived the Mansfield keeper.
It was fairly even stevens in the 2nd half with both teams going for it, however Mansfield finished the stronger of the teams to forge ahead and finish Sandiacre off 1-3, the gals gave their all in this game in what looked like it was going to go to extra time.
Chris Roper Wins Award

Chris Roper Sandiacre Town LFC Team Secretary wins an award from the Derbyshire FA for Volunteer of the year award 2011.

Chris's Nomination will be entered into the East Midlands Regional Heat against other regional FA County Offices to see if he can win the East Midlands award.
Presentation Day May 2011
Sandiacre held a Presentation Day as follows an Assult Course in Sherwood Forest in the morning got the players in an upbeat mood prior to the presentation.

Sandiacre finished on a high after a draw against Heather St John, and a win against Peterborough Azure.

Sandiacre finished strong towards the end of season 2010 to finish 3rd after gaining promotion from the season before, was a tremendous effort by all of the girls.

Training will take place in the Winter Months on Wednesdays @ Reginald Street Derby under floodlights on multisurface pitches. 19:00PM until 20:30PM all players are welcome.

Paul Schofield celebrates with Pat Downing(Manager)left & Chris Roper (Secretary)Right- after Sandiacre secured promotion to the East Midlands Premier League 2009 season.
Paul has been so impressed with the girls this season he has decided to sponsor the girls again for another season, we would like to thank Darton EGS and Paul for their continued partnership with the Ladies Team, also Many Thanks to all our supporters.
This was by far the best season ever for the Ladies and to go un beaten in the League is a hard feat in its own right, the Ladies have geared up for a great start to a promotion drive in the premier League back where they belong.They are Div 1 North Champions and have won the League Cup two seasons on the trot.
