Bay Area Lacrosse Association 2012 Season Information
Founded in 2008, Bay Area Lacrosse Association (“BALA”) has quickly become one the premiere lacrosse instructional programs in the Tampa Bay Area. Our mission is to show players what it takes to become a top-notch lacrosse player by enhancing their knowledge, passion and skills. The philosophy is simple: determination, discipline and hard work on the part of both the staff and student allows each individual student-athlete to reach their maximum potential.
Bay Area Lacrosse Association is the home to six travel teams. The Bay Area Sand Sharks are comprised of U-13, U-15 & U-17 boy’s lacrosse teams. The Sand Sharks are based out of Northlakes Park in Carrollwood. The South Tampa Shoremen are comprised of U-11, U-13 & U-15 boy's lacrosse teams. The Shoremen are based out of South Tampa. The summer session is May-July 2012. The fall session is September-November 2012. Details regarding our 2012 season will be posted soon. Player registration will open in March 2012.
