It’s that time again! Registrations for the 2013 South Boston Pop Warner Season . Like last year, no paperwork will be accepted unless you have ALL the paperwork needed.

This includes:

1.      Regristration Form, completely filled out (this can be found at www.sbpw.com)

2.      Medical Form filled out by a doctor or nurse dated after January 1, 2013(this can be found at www.sbpw.com)

3.      Child’s Birth Certificate

4.      The Fee

5.      Report Cards will be collected on August 1^st.

Regular price registations will be held  May 14^th and May 21^st from 6:00pm-7:30pm.

 $150 A- E Teams $100 for F Team

Please know that if you do not sign your child up during the above mentioned registration times, the fee to sign up WILL BE INCREASED.

               Spring registrations will be held at the South Boston Neighborhood House
