CONGRATULATIONS VARSITY AND JV - Varsity took 3rd place and JV took 2nd Place at CHEERpros State competition. This was one of the most high level competitive events.

Next Booster Meeting is Tuesday, February 9 at 6:30pm. Since we combining January and February, it is important you attend this meeting, as we have much to review and discuss.
Attached are the minutes from the November meeting.
VARSITY COMPETITION PARENTS: We will have a mandatory meeting directly following to discuss Las Vegas competition for the girls. Decisions will be made, it is very important that you attend.
In accordance to SAUSA Booster rules, SFHS Cheer Boosters voted and accepted a new logo. How does it look? Great, just like the girls.
As a reminder Segerstrom Cheer Booster Club is responsible for a large portion of the funding for the cheerleading program. The Booster payments are toward, cheer signs, coaches, choerographer and end of year banquet expenses and much more. Another goal of the Booster Club is to help off-set the large expense cheerleading does require. Many of us remember a day when extracurricular activities were funded by our school/district system; however, this is simply no longer the case. Without an active Booster club, the cheer program would simply not exist at Segerstrom High and our daughters would not be able to compete and support other Segerstrom sports programs throughout the year. Yours and your daughter’s commitment to Segerstrom Cheer is greatly appreciated.

Segerstrom Fundamental High School Cheer is one of the most visible and recognizable representative of the school. Cheer squads are in a position of great influence: Therefore, high standards of conduct are essential. Positive personal behavior and squad cohesiveness demonstrate these standards. Appropriate behavior will earn the respect of the studen body, which is the core of developing effective school spirit and student involvement.
