"Conquistador Forever" Commemorative Tiles

Remember that great catch in left field?  Or that time you struck out three batters in one inning?  What about that double play? Celebrate your years of Serra baseball with a “Conquistador Forever” commemorative tile.  The 4” x 8” tiles are made from beautiful red quarry and will be mounted on the Snack Bar wall.  You can also choose from the available clip art of baseball images – baseballs, bats, pitchers, etc. - or our custom Conquistador logo to add to your tile.  You may include up to 3 lines of 20 spaces each.  Get yours now at our introductory low price of $75.

Snack Bar Volunteering

All parents will be scheduled to staff the Snack Bar during at least one home game.  Please make every effort to work the day you are scheduled.  If you cannot, ask another parent to switch with you.  There are often students that assist in the Snack Bar, but you are responsible for that day's sales and clean-up. See "Snack Bar Schedule" for your date!

The Snack Bar is always accepting donations! Feel free to drop off some of our most popular items:Gatorade/Powerade, chocolate candy bars of any kind, cornuts, chicken Cup O'Noodles, sunflower seeds, chips, popcorn, cracker jacks, otter pops, ice cream sandwiches, etc. and bottled water.

Donating to the Booster Club - We still have much to do!

The Booster Club funds many aspects of the baseball program.  We have made many improvements to the facility - a new scoreboard, windscreens and dirt.  We purchase equipment such as the new pitching machine, nets, balls and scorebooks.  We fund the entire cost of the Freshmen team because it is considered a club sport and we receive no district financial support. The Booster Club is able to do this through corporate and personal donations.  If you are a business owner (or know of one) who is interested in sponsorship opportunities, see below. If you would like to make a personal contribution to the club, it would be very much appreciated. The Booster Club is a 501(c) (3) and all donations are tax deductible. Please consider making your donation today!

Be Part of the Team!  Sponsorship Opportunities

2015 promises to be another exciting year for Serra baseball.  Unfortunately, we cannot focus on baseball skills alone.  We must focus on baseball finances too.  Tight budgets within San Diego Unified School District force high school athletics to raise more money than ever.  That’s why we are reaching out to our community businesses and inviting you to ‘Be Part of the Team’.  Please establish your sponsorship of Serra Baseball.   Please see "Sponsor Opportunities" for more details.
