MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the South Georgia Athletic Club is to seek-out young men and women of the highest moral, physical and mental qualifications. Once found, we must create within their souls a lasting and burning desire to be the best. SGAC is designed to instill, reinforce and sustain in every wrestler a love and commitment to set a positive example for all to emulate.

2011 Freestyle / Greco Roman
• Devil Dogs Marshawn and Darshawn Sharp were named to the All Tournament Freestyle Team at the USA National Junior Duals in Oklahoma City earlier this summer!
• Davis Ison was named to the All Greco-Roman National Schoolboy Team after going 7-0 at the USA Schoolboy Nationals in Indianapolis, IN!!
• We had two Triple Crown Winners, Marshawn Sharp and Javon Scott! Marshawn also captured the elusive 5 Point Throw Award, having won State in all three styles and winning both GR/FS at Southeast Regionals!!
• Matthew Moody went undefeated in FS at the USA National Cadet Duals in Daytona Beach, FL and was named to the All Freestyle USA Cadet Team!
• SGAC Devil Dog Marshawn Sharp was named to the All Tournament Greco-Roman Team at the USA National Junior Duals in Oklahoma City!
