Winter Sideline Tryouts

Thank you to everyone that tried out for the 09/10 basketball season. The squads have been listed under teams. Practice Starts on Monday Nov.24 @ 2:30. Please remember to dress for practice and bring order form along with payment.
Parents we need your support to help make our program a success
What does it take to be a Salem HS cheerleading squad captain? A captain can be any grade level. Captains do need to be experienced sideline and competitive cheerleaders. Captains need to be able to be able to solve problems with group dynamics, not add to them. Captains need to be able to communicate with squad members and the coach with a respectful and positive attitude. A Captains number one job is to unify the squad. If being a captain is in your hopes for the future, make sure you are demonstrating these qualities every day.

Fundraising Cell phone recycle is still going on. If you have old broken cell phones please send them in.

Physicals You can download and print the revised VHSL Physical Form from the TRYOUT section of our website.
****YOU MUST HAVE PHYSICAL IN ORDER TO TRYOUT- NO EXCEPTIONS!
This season will require extreme dedication. We are a team of CHAMPIONS no exceptions!!
