This year we want to have EXCELLENT attendance at "OUR CHAMPIONSHIP SWIM MEET"
Every SWIMMER on SLEEPY HOLLOW matters….this meet is what we work for all season. Make the difference & be apart of the FUN!
Think about how you can help build our team and "recruit" some members to take part in the FUN!
*Dual meets are on Wednesdays and begin @ 5p per the Kanawha County Swim League
We will HOST 3 HOME MEETS in 2010. Volunteers are critical to our success!
Warm ups for HOME team are @ 4p- arrive for check -in by 3:30p
Warm ups for AWAY team are @ 4:30p- arrive for check -in by 3:45p

Please wear google and swim caps to all practices (girls and boys included!)
*Also wear running shoes for the 1st 2 weeks in case we run.
