Next Equipment return-- TBA
For those that missed both equipment return dates, please check this website for the next date. You will receive your deposits, pictures and tax receipts once the equipment has been returned. Tickets for the awards ceremony can be purchased at that time. They will not be available at the door as we need 2 weeks notice for catering.
Awards Ceremony
This years awards ceremony will take place on Saturday January 16th at Meadowvale Secondary School. The Tyke and Atom teams will be from 11:00am to 12:30pm and the Peewee and Bantam teams from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. Players are free, Parents $20 and siblings $10. Tickets are available at equipment return only. Tickets can't be sold on Awards day.
Player and Team Photos and Tax Receipts
Player and team pictures will be available for pick up at equipment return. If you ordered any additional packages, they will also be available for you to take. Tax receipts are also available upon return of all equipment.
Mavericks Lose to Bruins in an Exciting Tyke Final
The Mavericks gave a great effort in the Tyke final on Saturday but came up a bit short as they were defeated 53-33 by the Bruins. It was an exciting game with a lot of big plays by both teams. Congratulations to the players and coaches on an excellent season.
