2012 Football and Cheerleading Sign-Ups
Place: Paradise Valley Golf Course
Time: 6-8 p.m.
Dates: Every Wednesday starting February 15th
Football: $175.00 (includes practice/game jersey, pants, helmet, shoulder pads)
Cheerleading:
$ 175.00 (includes Cheer Top and Skirt)
$ 225.00 (includes Cheer Top, Skirt and Warm up suit)
$ 300.00 (includes Cheer Top, Skirt, Warm up suit and accesories-bows, shoes, cheer bag, pom poms, socks, kick briefs,crop suit)
Mandatory Fundraiser for every participant: $50.00
***Upon sign-ups our organization requires a payment of $75.00 for fees and $50.00 mandatory fundraiser***
