Saturday, Feb. 4th @Central Park 11am-2pm
AND
Saturday, Feb. 11th @Central Park 11am-2pm.
We have also placed a registation form that you can print and complete in the "Handouts" on the left menu.

TRYOUTS/UNIFORM FITTING
Parents/Guardians are always concerned when they read “tryouts”. ALL registered players that tryout are PLACED on a team. No child is turned away. We are not a “select” league.
The main priority for the tryouts is to have our players fitted for their uniform.
UNIFORMS
SGLL will provide a uniform for each registered player on each regular season team. The uniform shall consist of at least one pair of pants, one shirt and one cap. The Board of Directors will determine, on year-to-year basis, what will be provided of the officially issued uniform.
FUND RAISER
Every registered player is required to do ONE fundraiser. SGLL has over 50 sets of siblings in our league; with that in mind we only require ONE fundraiser per family.
PRACTICES
Practices are scheduled by the Team Manager around his/her schedule. Typically there are 1-3 practices per week depending on the age of the players. SGLL suggests to the Managers “no more than 3 activities in a week”(Games included).
GAME DAYS
SGLL games are played on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Most divisions play 2 games per week. One during the week (Mon., Tues., Thurs.). And one on either Friday evening OR Saturday. We will not play on Wednesdays or Sundays. NO late games will scheduled during GISD testing(STARR/TAKS). NO games are scheduled on Easter weekend, Memorial weekend.

Taco Casa#29 on Broadway and I-30 donated to SGLL, 4 TEXAS RANGERS Tickets & Parking pass for several Wednesday and Sunday games throughout the TEXAS RANGERS 2011 baseball season!
It was a big success, the winning families will have a fun time at the Ranger games and it was a great fund raiser for our league.
