 Southtown Board Meeting Sunday Febuary 12th  (Pizza Sams) 7 pm
 2012 Registration Saturday Febuary 25 (Bullock Creek High School) 9 am-12 pm
2012 Registration Sunday March 4 (Midland Township Hall) 4 pm-6 pm


2012 Dickey Dome Times
  • 10:00-12:00 Saturday -  9-12 year old baseball players
  • 12:00-1:00 Saturday  -  5-8 year old baseball/softball players (Parents need to stay)
  • 7:00-8:30pm Tuesday - 9-12 year old girls softball

 

  

 

 
BOARD MEMBERS WANTED
  • Vice-President of Southtown

(1)     Share tournament director duties with the VP’s of Baseball and Softball

(2)     Assist with Opening Day and Registration activities

(3)     Escalation point for issues not resolved by Player Agents and division VP’s

  • Concession Manager

(1)     Prepare concession stand each spring for the season

(2)     Order all concession needs during the regular season and tournaments

(3)     Ensure that workers are assigned on each day that the league is active

(4)     Work with Treasurer to manage concession finances

(5)     Close the concession stand for the off-season

Little League New Rules for Baseball Bats
Little League recently announced a moratorium on composite bats for all baseball divisions Majors and below.

Little League has now published a list of allowed bats. This will be updated over time. One clarification is that bats with Alloy barrels, but composite handles are allowed.
