The mission of the Sandy Plains Wildcats baseball team is to provide a healthy baseball experience while promoting a highly competitive baseball team with appreciation for good sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and maturity. It is our intent that all of our young men, coaches, and parents will grow through competition, friendly fellowship, and the love of the game.
The primary goal of the Sandy Plains Wildcats baseball team is to develop players to be successful on and off the baseball field by promoting maturity while learning the game, building individual character, and preparing these young men to become productive student-athletes through playing competitive baseball. It is our goal that every player will play high school baseball. We believe that the ingredients necessary to achieve this goal are hard work, positive attitude, excellent instruction, and playing in a competitive environment. We measure our progress towards that goal by the performance of our players and the character and spirit by which they compete.
