We are very excited to be nearing our Stand Up and Cheer 2009 Competition.
It has been a very exciting competition season so far, and we are so pleased that you will be joining us next Sunday the 22nd.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Please note that aside from the typical and listed rules and guidelines, in an effort to be fair to all teams, we will institute a "no seat saving" policy during our competition.
We will have adequate sections, determined by chance, reserved for each Association across from their respective squads. This policy will be strictly enforced and violators will be asked to leave. Persistent issues in this respect will result in squad disqualification, as will any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

STAND UP & CHEER 2009 INVITATION LETTER
November 22, 2009
Dear Cheerleading Coordinators/Coaches:
We would like to take this opportunity to extend an invitation to you and your squad(s) to attend our competition.
It will be held on: SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2009
At: FREEDOM HIGH SCHOOL, 3149 Chester Avenue, Bethlehem, PA 18020.
The time for each session will be based on registrations received and you will be informed of times as soon as they are determined. We will have a regulation cheer floor.
NOTE: Recreation Teams MUST cheer for a recreation team sport during the length of the said sport season. Teams must provide proof of recreation involvement upon return of registration forms. You must provide a signed copy of a letter from the President of your Recreation Organization stating schedule of games that each cheerleading squad will be cheering.
Attached please find the competition rules and regulations, registration forms, jump off form and release form. The registration is a squad registration, the release form is an individual form to be completed by each cheerleader. Also attached, please find forms for the spirit ads, program ads and T-shirt pre-orders.
Once all registration forms are received (NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 1ST) your final packet will be sent to you which will include; ticket sale information, directions and division times.

AGE DIVISION
Itty Bittty/Teeny Weeny – Kindergarten and below
Flags – Up to and including 2nd Grade
Jr. Pee Wee – Up to and including 4th Grade
Pee Wee – Up to and including 5th Grade
Jr. Midget – Up to and including 6th Grade
Midget – Up to and including 8th Grade
These grades are the maximum for the division, you may have younger – but not older.
A birth certificate must be available for each cheerleader.
If you are requested to show proof and it is not available, that particular cheerleader WILL NOT be permitted to cheer.
SQUAD REGISTRATION
The registration cost will be $5.00 per cheerleader.
Coaches (7 per squad) will be free.
Additional coaches & spotters beyond the 7 are $5.00 each.
Deadline for registration is October 1, 2009.
