TOURNAMENT INFO!
>2009 FALLBALL TOURNAMENT is this weekend! Saturday's games begin at 11:00 AM and Sunday's games begin at 10:30 AM. The championship game is slotted for Sunday at 3:45 PM!
* The main staging area will be located between fields SB 2 & SB 3A.
* Food: hamburgers, hot dogs, a few veggie burgers, potato salad, baked beans, pretzels, cookies, candy, and beverages.
* Please - only 1 meat item per person until EVERYONE gets a chance to eat!!.
* Food will begin being served around 11:30AM (again, 1 meat item per person, please).
* Drinks (beer, gatorade & water) will begin flowing around 10:00 AM.
* EVERYONE must have a bracelet to be able to get food & drink.
* 'HOME' & 'AWAY' teams will be decided by a coin toss beginning with the Semi-finals. Before that, 'Home' team will be determined by the team with the better record.
* PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR ALL GAMES!
* The Park's Inner Circle will be closed - SORRY!
* Please DO NOT bring glass into the park.

I could definitely use some help with the 'happenings' of the tournament. If your team gets knocked out of the tourney, could you lend a hand with serving, cooking, etc?

TOURNAMENT HELP!
The 2009 FALLBALL Kickball Tournament is just around the corner. Every year the number of teams increases which means more time and energy spent on the tournament. With that said, I would LOVE ALL THE HELP I CAN GET with this season's tournament! It is always needed and truly appreciated! Please let me know if you have any of the following: 10' by 10' pop-up tent, 6' or 8' long tables, 4' by 4' square tables, bbq pit, 'Hoosier' golf, and Washers. Most importantly, please let me know if you can donate your time on either Saturday and or Sunday or know anyone that would like to. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
