Commissioner's Message: St. Louis Team for World Series Selected
GLASS is pleased to announce that our 2011 GLASS Gay Softball World Series (GSWS) D-level All Star Team is taking shape and preparing to represent GLASS and St. Louis in late August in Chicago. Craig Varner will serve as Captain/Coach and Eric Browning will serve as NAGAAA Representative and team liaison. Team members include the following:

The GSWS team will be bartending at Just John on Sunday afternoons from 2-6 to raise money to defray their costs. GLASS also plans to hold a rousing send-off event later in August to wish the team well and show our support. Please come out and support the team!

Intermediate Division: 1st Place: St. Louis Blazers 2nd Place: NORML Mary Janes
Upper Recreational Division: 1st Place: Tie between Coffee Cartel Grass Stains and MoKaBe's Pounders; playoff game scheduled July 17 to determine division winner
Lower Recreational Division: 1st Place: Premier Landscaping Hazards 2nd Place: Just John Hooters and Shooters

St. Louis Gay and Lesbian Association of Summer Softball is dedicated to the promotion of amateur softball for all adult persons regardless of age, race, creed, religion, sex, or national origin, with special emphasis on the participation of members of the gay community. G.L.A.S.S. is entering its 20th year of play in 2010. Over 200 ballplayers, coaches, and fans play, cheer, and have fun at Forest Park every Sunday in the summer, and every Friday night in the fall. G.L.A.S.S. teams also proudly represent our city by playing in tournaments throughout the United States and Canada. Come join us!
