REGISTRATION

Fees: Registration - 1st child $95.00 each additional child $70.00
Fund Raiser - $100.00 per family - non-refundable
Concession fee - $30.00 per child
Equipment deposit - $250.00 per child
Late registration - after March 25 - $25.00 per child
Additional costs: Cheerleader - turtle neck, leggings, pompons,hair ribbon, spankies, socks, raincoat, gloves and cheer shoes approximately $136.00. Some items from previous year may still be usable.
Additional cost: Football - plain black knee socks, black plastic chin strap, black mouth guard and black rubber spikes. Hard plastic, metal or screw in spikes are not permitted.
Dr. Wahl will be on hand to administer sports physicals on March 25th.
All new players and cheerleaders must have a copy of their birth certificate.
Practice begins on July 30th at Evans City field at 6:00PM - Monday through Friday until school starts then on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Times will be adjusted throughout the season. All games are played on Saturday at various times.
Policy On Attendance:
The SVJFAN policy on attendance was established to promote responsibility and teamwork. Missing 2 days of practice will make your child ineligible to participate on the upcoming gameday. Arbitrarily choosing a day to miss is not acceptable. Skipping the last practice before a game will result in your child not being permitted to cheer on gameday; or in the case of a football player, the player may lose his starting position and/or playing time at the Coach's discretion. We are not only teaching your child about cheering and football; they are learning responsibility, team work, self-discipline, as well as providing valuable exercise that all children need to be healthy.
