CONGRATULATIONS to Head Coach Felts Lewis, Asst. Coach Al Leaston, Asst. Coach James Davis and the entire 12U/6th Grade team on their CHAMPIONSHIP WIN at the "NTBA 1 Day Blastoff" in Durham, NC this past weekend, May 11, 2013.  GREAT JOB TEAM!!

Swish City Magic  proudly presents our **MORE THAN MAGIC ACADEMIC AWARD** to our 16U/10^th grade student-athlete BRANDON CAMBRIDGE.  Brandon was inducted into the NATIONAL BETA CLUB this month, April 2013.

The National Beta Club is an organization for 5th through 12th grade students in the United States.  Its purpose is "to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, leadership and service among elementary and secondary school students."  Beta is an academic honors program with a strong emphasis on community service and its motto is "Let Us Lead By Serving Others."

Brandon is a student at East Wake High School in Wendell, NC.  He has been an active member of SCMBO for over 5 years and is one of key young leaders in the organization.  Brandon’s proud parents, Coach Jimmy Johnson and Team Coordinator Dawn Johnson are both active members and have been with the organization from the beginning. 

CONGRATULATIONS Brandon!!!!  It’s bigger than basketball…..it’s a life choice to excel academically and athletically.

SUPER CONGRATULATIONS to Coach Jo Brown, Coach Rodney Ellis and the entire 10U/4th Grade team on their CHAMPIONSHIP VICTORY at the "Mo Better Basketball Tournament" in Raleigh, NC this past weekend, April 26-28, 2013.  This is the team's first championship and we see more victories in their future.  WAY TO WORK TEAM!!!!
