Welcome to the 2014 Twin Cities Jr. Blazers' Youth Football/Cheer Website!
Mission Statement: The Twin Cities Jr. Blazers is a non-profit competitive youth football and cheerleading organization. The goals of the Jr. Blazers is to educate our youth on the fundamentals of Football and Cheerleading, promote good sportsmanship, instill a sense of self-worth in all participants, and to prepare our youth for competitive Football and Cheerleading at the Jr. High and High School levels and beyond.
The 2014 Twin Cities Jr. Blazers are proud to have the following teams representing them in the following divisions; Mighty-Mites (6-7), the Jr. Pee-Wees (7-9), the Pee Wee (9-11) the Jr. Midgets (10-13), and the Midgets (11-14). We are hoping for a great year from all our teams this year. Come out and support our teams and enjoy them playing and competing against other teams around the conference. Hope to see everyone out at our home games and why not, out at our away games too!
Fees & Refund Policy
1. Registration Fee of $50.00 is non-refundable for each participant, which is included in the Participation Fee. If your child decides not to participate for any reason, the $50 from this fee remains the property of the Twin Cities Jr. Blazers. This money is used to help offset the cost of administration fees, (such as membership letters, registration forms, copies, and etc.), as well as costs that we incur in preparation for your child to participate in our program (i.e. equipment that must be ordered ahead of time). 2. Participation fee of $200.00 for football and $400.00 for cheer is due on or before May 30th for cheer and July 19th for football. This fee helps cover the cost of all of the equipment and uniforms that are purchased and replaced every couple of years, field usage fees for practice and games, referees, insurance, training and certification programs and seminars for our coaches, medical equipment, administration costs (such as copies, binders for player books, etc.), annual helmet reconditioning and more. This fee is refundable if your child decides not to participate before the end of Hell Week. All Cheer fees are due May 30, 2014. In addition, if part or all of the funds for this fee were paid for through sponsorship or fundraisers, then that portion is NOT refundable.
Families Save $$ Multiple Child & Referral Discount
Because we understand that families are coping with the stressful economy, the TCJB Board voted unanimously to institute a multiple child discount for the 2013 season. For each registration paid after the first is paid in full, families will receive a $20 discount on subsequent registrations. Example: child 1 = $200 (football); child 2 = $180(football). This discount applies to football and cheer.
Refer a friend or family member and receive a $20 discount when they pay in full. Limited to 2 referrals.
Discounts can not be combined.
