Fees & Refund Policy

1. Registration Fee of $50.00 is non-refundable for each participant, which is included in the Participation Fee. If your child decides not to participate for any reason, the $50 from this fee remains the property of the Twin Cities Jr. Blazers. This money is used to help offset the cost of administration fees, (such as membership letters, registration forms, copies, and etc.), as well as costs that we incur in preparation for your child to participate in our program (i.e. equipment that must be ordered ahead of time).
2. Participation fee of $200.00 for football and $400.00 for cheer is due on or before May 30th for cheer and July 19th for football. This fee helps cover the cost of all of the equipment and uniforms that are purchased and replaced every couple of years, field usage fees for practice and games, referees, insurance, training and certification programs and seminars for our coaches, medical equipment, administration costs (such as copies, binders for player books, etc.), annual helmet reconditioning and more. This fee is refundable if your child decides not to participate before the end of Hell Week. All Cheer fees are due May 30, 2013. In addition, if part or all of the funds for this fee were paid for through sponsorship or fundraisers, then that portion is NOT refundable.
