Team 951 Rules
RULES FOR HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES
The rules for players will be similar to what your High School Varsity coaches should expect out of you. As young adults, you must each be responsible for your actions. I understand that there are certain reasons you may see as acceptable but at the Varsity level in High School, there rarely is a "Good Excuse". Communicating with your coach is very important. In today's age, everyone has a phone and almost everyone can send a text message. Failure to communicate with your coach is inexcusable.

Rule #1: Hard work, Excellent Sportsmanship, and Team Work - Respect the players, referees, coaches, and fans. Excellent Sportsmanship at all times. (You never know who is watching the game. If a College Scout is watching the game, they will definitely be turned off if you do not display any of the three items mentioned above)

Rule #2: Show up to practice - Missing practice is not a good thing. Missing practice will jeapordize your playing time. Excessive missed practices will result in your dismissal.

Penalties: (to be completed before joining the rest of the team in practice)
Late to Practice: - 5 suicides, 100 push ups, and 100 sit ups.
Missing Practice (with notification): - 10 Suicides, 100 push-ups, and 100 sit-ups.
Missing Practice (with out notification): - 20 Suicides, 200 push-ups, and 200 sit-ups.

Rule #3: Show up 1 hour before the start of the Game - If you show up less than 30 minutes before a game starts, you will jeapordize your chances of playing. If you show up after tip-off (within the first 2 minutes), you will sit out the first half. If you show up late two minutes after tip-off, you will sit out the entire game.

Additional penalties - 5 suicides, 100 pushups, 100 situps at the next practice.

No Exceptions for Rules 1 & 2
Exceptions for violation of Rule #3 will be considered.
