We have our MVKWA meeting Sunday to schedule our tournaments and I need an accurate count. I also need to order more singlets and the warm-ups for the boys ASAP, so please get me your registration forms and money by Friday. The singlets take 4-6 weeks to come in so they need to be ordered no later than Monday to guarantee we have them by our first tournament. The singlets we have on hand will be given out on a first-come first-serve basis. I WILL NOT GIVE OUT SINGLETS UNTIL I HAVE YOUR REGISTRATION MONEY!!!!! I will also hand out your fundraiser of choice (raffle tickets or candy bars) when you pay registration. All fundraiser money is due in to me by November 1, 2012.

I also need a copy of your wrestler’s birth certificate. This is something I must have at all meets in case a wrestler’s age comes into question. Please get that to me as soon as possible.
