THERE ARE 4 FORMS THAT HAVE TO BE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED
AND ALSO 2 CHECKS NEEDED THIS YEAR (ONE BEING A DEPOSIT) .

FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT PICK UP DATES & TIMES:
VARSITY – WEDNESDAY, JULY 29TH FROM 6:00PM – 7:00PM
JV – WEDNESDAY JULY 29TH FROM 7:00PM – 8:00PM
PEE WEE – WEDNESDAY JULY 29TH FROM 8:00PM – 9:00PM
SUPER PW – THURSDAY JULY 30TH FROM 6:00PM – 7:00PM
CLINIC – THURSDAY JULY 30th FROM 7:00PM – 8:00PM
PRE CLINIC – THURSDAY JULY 30th FROM 8:00PM – 9:00PM
Flag players will be notified by their coaches and usually start practice in early August.
ALL EQUIPMENT WILL BE HANDED OUT AT THE RED SHED BY THE AMERICAN LEGION PLAYGROUND ON WILLOW GROVE STREET.
There will be a $250 equipment deposit due the night of pickups, per family. This check will be returned when ALL equipment is returned.
PLAYERS MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE TO RECEIVE EQUIPMENT!
PLEASE COME ONLY ON THE SPECIFIED NIGHT FOR YOUR LEVEL!!!
If there is more than one player in your family, all participants can pick up their equipment at the same time, on the earliest day scheduled for the level
