Frozen Ropes Of PineBrook comes to Tri Boro Little League!!
The Fall is over and as the long winter ahead starts to seep into our thoughts, most little league organizations have an eye on tarping the field before turning their attention to the looming basketball, wrestling and skiing seasons. In our organization baseball is a year-round-sport and while the other leagues around our area have boarded up the doors ahead of the snow, Tri Boro has put the finishing touches on an agreement with Frozen Ropes Of PineBrook that will bring professional baseball and softball instruction to all of the boys and girls that play in our league for this upcoming season.
The highlight of the Frozen Ropes program is the reorganization of the T-Ball and Instructional leagues to allow for a larger amount of instruction for our players and coaches followed by competitive games. Some of the other features coming from Frozen Ropes to Tri Boro this coming Spring are player clinics, Healthy Arm Clinics and League batting nights at the PineBrook training center.
In the past, Tri Boro has held their Minors and Majors Baseball and Softball evaluations in a gym under the watchful eye of our volunteer coaches. Starting this year, those same evaluations will be held at the Frozen Ropes Training center in Pinebrook, conducted by professional baseball and softball instructors who will provide a thorough, objective evaluation of each player. This will lead to a more fair method of spreading the kids throughout the teams and allowing for a more level playing field from team to team.
Frozen Ropes has also announced that it will provide a $20.00 Gift Card to all players that register for Tri Boro Little League prior to January 15th, 2010. These gift cards are free of charge and reloadable. They are also good for any service that Frozen Ropes provides from use of the batting tunnels to instruction lessons to birthday parties which the center holds upon request.
The agreement between Tri Boro and Frozen Ropes serves as a reminder of the level of commitment that our league has to improving the play of our players in every level of the program. By bringing this fine baseball institution into our program to professionally instruct the players is completely above and beyond what other traditional little league programs offer to their players, which makes Tri Boro an easy decision when compared to the others.
