    Tournament Series Format

    * Regional Entry fee: 15.00 per player with a maximum of $350.00 per team

    * State Entry fee: 15.00 per player with a maximum of $250.00 per team

    * Each team must pay a $25.00 per game to cover the cost of the officials. This fee is for each game played for each team and due prior to the start of the game.

    * There are 3 separate State Championships separated by divisions. The divisions are based on the division your high school competes. High School Divisions 1 and 2 = OAC Division 1. High School Division 3 and 4 = OAC Division 2 and; High school Division 5 and 6 = OAC Division 3.

    Scenario 1:
    The team that has played together all year, with players from different schools would not have to bump up a division. The team would play in the average of the players school's division.

    Scenario 2:
    The team is made up of the surrounding schools best players to play in this tournament. The team would need move up a division.

    * Each Regional will be limited to 16 teams per division / per region.

    * Two game minimum at regional & state tournament.

    * The Champion of each Division in each Region advances to the State Championship

    * In the event that the Champion team is unable to or chooses not to compete in the State Championships, the Runner-Up team will be offered the spot.

    * Teams must have home and away jerseys or 1 jersey and practice vest.
